The present continuous indicates that an action, activity or condition is happening now, frequently, and may continue into the future.

When do we use the Present Continuous?
1) Actions/activities that happen at the moment of speaking.
I am cooking dinner.
2) To talk about temporary states which are true around the moment of speaking
She is living with her mother at the moment.
3) Future plans or arrangements.

When do we use the Present Continuous?
4) We often use the present continuous with words like: always, constantly, continually and forever. To describe events which are regular but not planned, and often not wanted.
I'm constantly spilling things.
