How to transform sentences from active voice to passive voice? 1 
Passive form: to be + past participle (een voltooid deelwoord)
STAPPENPLAN van active naar passive:
1. Zoek het lijdend voorwerp (of meewerkend voorwerp) in de actieve zin.
* Active: John has bought many houses.
2. Zet deze voorop in de nieuwe zin.
Many houses ...
3. Zoek het werkwoordelijk gezegde = persoonsvorm + andere werkwoorden.
* has bought
4. Bepaal de tijd van het werkwoordelijk gezegde uit de actieve zin.
* has bought = present perfect
5. Zet om volgens het rijtje 'Alle tijden van de passive'.
* has bought = have been bought (let op: many houses = meervoud)
6. Herschrijf de zin (laat eventueel het onderwerp uit de oorspronkelijke zin weg).
* Passive: Many houses have been bought (by John).
