Present perfect:

I have lived in Amsterdam since 2018.
Have you eaten Mexican food before?

have/has + hele ww + -ed (voltooid deelwoord)
Denk aan de onregelmatige ww (3e rijtje)

Gebruik:
- om te zeggen dat iets in het verleden begonnen is en nu nog aan de gang is.
- om te praten over ervaringen (in iemands leven tot nu toe).
- om te zeggen dat iets in het verleden is gebeurd en je merkt daar het resultaat nu van. Er staat dan vaak niet in de zin wanneer het is gebeurd, het resultaat is belangrijker dan wanneer het gebeurde.

Present perfect: als iets in het verleden is begonnen en nu nog steeds bezig is of als iets in het verleden is gebeurd en het resultaat nu belangrijk is.

Past simple: als iets in het verleden is gebeurd en afgesloten
