Ontkenningszinnen: Onderwerp + do / does not + hele werkwoord

We gebruiken de present continuous als we willen zeggen dat iets bezig is of aan de gang is op het moment dat we erover praten of schrijven.




Zinnen: Onderwerp + to be (am / are / is) + werkwoord (ww) + ing
  • I am having lunch.
  • Carl is watching television.
  • Jake is driving around in his car.
  • She is talking about her stay in New York.
  • Charles and Diana are starting a business together.
  • They are driving to Manhattan as we speak.
