Hormones
- substances that control all kinds of process in 
your body - made in endocrine glands
-example of endocrine glands: thyroid, testes, ovaries, adrenal glands
-hormones are secreted into the bloodstream and have an effect of the organs that are sensitive to them
-pituitary gland (hypofyse) produce a hormone to that 
sends a message to the testes to produce testosterone
-Adrenal glands (bijnier) produces hormones 
for growing hair, body odor, sweat
