1984 = nineteen eighty-four
2012 = two thousand and twelve / twenty twelve
You probably noticed theres a - in between eighty and four, we add one of those when we're talking about a number between 21 and 99

17.38% = seventeen point three eight percent
Note that they explain decimals using point, not using comma as we do in the Netherlands. Every number gets mentioned seperately.

$582.12 = five hundred and eighty-two dollars and twelve cents
Note that when talking about currency first everything before the . gets pronounced, followed by the name of the currency and only after that do you move on to decimals.

2/3 = two thirds
You always pronounce the part before the / first, before moving on the latter part.
