Present Perfect: have/has verb+ed or irregular verb (3rd)
An action started in the past and is relevant in the present 

I, you, we, they have taught English at this school for 20 years now.
He, she, it has worked at Albert Heijn since 2015.

1. Subject --> a person, place or thing
2. Have or has --> SHIT-rule
3. verbED / 3rd row --> choose wisely

Future forms
Present continuous - future arrangements; often with time, date, or place --> I am having a dance party on the 10th.

Be going to + infinitive - future intentions, plans = already decided to do smth & you tell people about it (think - NY's resolutions)
--> I am going to vote later today.

WILL - spontaneous decisions
--> I think I'll have a cup of tea. Don't worry, I'll pay for dinner.
