How: Think about the examples from the group discussion.

Time: 3 minutes.
Result: You now have two examples of sentences you can use when interacting with a client, supplier, or colleague.
Done: Write down as many sentences as you can that you might use in a professional business administration setting.

Reflect on a situation that happened during your internship and discuss it with your classmates.
Instructions:
Think of a situation that occurred during your internship. It can be:
  1. A problem you had to solve.
  2. A task you found challenging.
  3. A moment when you learned something new.
  4. An interaction with a client, colleague, or supervisor.
Write a short description (5-7 sentences) about this situation. Make sure to include:
  1. What happened?
  2. How did you handle it?
  3. What was the outcome?
  4. What did you learn from it?
  • Pair up with a classmate and share your situation. Ask each other questions and discuss how you would have handled the situation differently.
  • Class discussion: Be ready to share your experience with the class and discuss different approaches to handling challenges at work.

25 questions
One person is the "answerer".
The rest of the class are the "guessers". 
The answerer has a word in mind (writes it down) and the guessers have to guess the word. They can only ask "yes or no" questions and the answerer may only say "yes, no, or I don't know". The guessers have to guess the word in a maximum of 25 questions. If they guess it, they win. If they don't, the answerer wins.

Two truths and a lie
Think of two things that are true about yourself and one thing that is a lie. Write them down on a piece of paper.
1. Don't write your name on the paper.
2. Don't write down which ones are the truths and 
which one is the lie.

Tip: don't make the lie too obvious.
