• Wie / doet / wat / waar / wanneer.

Je kan ook een adjective (bijvoeglijk naamwoord) aan de zin toevoegen. Een adjective zegt iets over het zelfstandig naamwoord. Je zet het er ook voor. 

• He watched a funny film.
• They bought a lovely dress.

• We had a good time.

Soms zet je een adjective achter een werkwoord. Dan geeft het adjective extra informatie over het onderwerp van de zin. 

Dit is bij ww als: to be / look / appear  / seem

• She looks amazing in her dress.
• I am curious to see that new film.
