Introduction
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity. There are 17 goals in total, and each goal has specific targets and indicators to measure progress.
