    by --> transportation

    with --> used with tools

    Prepositions of connection

    of --> possession

    with --> relations
    "I am friends with my brother."

    From --> "I am from Swifterbant, he is from Emmeloord." 

    prepositions of directions/movement:
    too many to name, but here's a few:

    across, in front, through, next to, on, at the back of, underneath, etc.
    made of/ made from:
    made of is used for materials

    made from is for when that material is altered.

    "The rope is made from plant fibers."
