When do we use it?
-Something started in the past and is still going on/ the effects are still present.
-Something happened a very short while ago.
-Just, since, yet, lately, never, ever, etc.

How do we use it?
Have/has + ww 3e rijtje (voltooid deelwoord). 
Example: She has opened the window.


How do we use it (questions and negative)?
- Questions: Have/ has + ow +  ww 3e rijtje (only order changes). 
- Negative: Have/ has + not + ww 3e rijtje.
