An adverb is a word that describes:


 - a verb                                          

- an adjective

- another adverb

- an entire sentence
She runs quickly

I am really busy. 

He ran very quickly

  • Manner (how you do it), then place, then time
  • When the information is really important, you can put it in front of the sentence
  • Two adverbs of time, the more precise one comes first.
