Example...
Ring-Tailed Lemurs live in southwestern Madagascar. The average weight of an adult male is about 3 kilograms while the females are usually smaller. True to their name, these lemurs have tails ringed with 13 alternating black and white bands. They eat leaves, flowers and insects. They can also eat herbs, fruits and small vertebrates. They normally live for about 16 years. Lemurs are the most endangered group of mammals in the world. They are found in the pet trade and in some regions they are hunted with dogs for food.
