From now on, I will start the lesson by asking a couple people the translation of some words you had to study as your homework to check whether you've studied it.

dan een slide met uitleg over de comparisons en gelijk daarna wat leerlingen de antwoorden op laten schrijven in hun schrift / op het bord ik kan doen eerst met een en twee lettergreep wooorden en daarna de drie lettergreepw oorden 
Dan zet ik op het woord thanksgiving op het bord en maak ik een word web en laat ik de leerlingen informatie opnoemen en vraag ik naar de datum, wat eten ze , hoe is dit feest ontstaan, wat doe je eigenlijk op die dag, en ik vraag of ze weten wat de macys parade is.

Daarna gaan we de tekst lezen en mogen ze opdracht 2 en 3 beantwoorden 
Ik eindig de les met het huiswerk op het bord en zet een quiz vraag op het bord nog over de comparisons
