Now for your design
You can do this on your iPad or on paper.

Label or annotation?
If you simply label each ingredient in your design, this is labelling.

If you explain the job each ingredient does, then this is annotation and is a higher order thinking skill. An example would be :
green peppers to add crunch to the salad and they contain vitamin C for healthy skin

Remember for practical on Wednesday 12th
This is your own design so you will need to bring in the ingredients you want to use.
Only bring in smallish quantities -so not a whole lettuce!
If you use a jar, you will need smaller amounts for each layer than if you use a lunch box.
