Wanneer gebruik je de present perfect?
Aan te geven dat: 
  • iets in het verleden is begonnen en doorgaat tot op het heden
  • om ervaringen uit het verleden te vertellen
  • als de tijdsperiode waar je over spreekt nog niet is afgelopen
  • bij handelingen die pas zeer kortgeleden voltooid zijn

Hoe maak je de present perfect?
Je hebt 2 werkwoorden nodig:

have / has + voltooid deelwoord (past participle)

Bijvoorbeeld:
Marc has lived in Rotterdam since 2002.
You haven't been to that shop?

- earlier than expected
- affirmative (+) sentences
- comes immediately before the main verb
just
- recently / a short time ago
- affirmative sentences
- come immediately before the main verb
yet
- it has not happened yet BUT we expect that it will probably happen.
- negative sentences
- yet comes at the end of the negative statement

nooit - Ik ben nooit daar geweest.
'at no time' and is a negative term.
                               Example: I have never been to Brazil.
ever
Question sentences
'at any time'
                               Example: Have you ever been to Brazil?
