What are we going to learn today?
Today we will learn:
What the characteristics of fungi are.
How fungi can be a use or a danger to us.

Build
Fungi mostly consist of mycelium/hyphae. Very thin, hair like structures that act as the roots. 
When fungi want to reproduce they make a toadstool that develop spores within.

Yeasts
Yeasts are unicellular fungi that play a major role in producing alcohol and bread. 
Yeasts can also reproduce. They do this by making buds.

Fungi can be both useful and harmful for us:

--> Played a key role in the discovery of antibiotics.
--> Help in the production of beer and bread.
--> Clean up remains of plants and animals.
