Present Perfect: happened / started in the past and is still relevant

?: use HOW LONG + have + past participle (3rd column) ?
= How long have you lived in the Netherlands?

Exact point in time when it started --> I've lived here since 2017.
Period of time --> I've lived here for 4 years.
