Story 1: The Town Hall - renovated or demolished?
In a small village, there was an old town hall. The building had seen many important events, but it had cracks in the walls and not enough space for everyone.  Some villagers wanted to keep the town hall and fix it, while others thought it was better to build a new one. After many meetings and discussions, the villagers noticed workmen fixing the cracks and making the building bigger. The town hall looked new but still familiar.

Story 2: The Abandoned Factory - renovated or demolished?
At the edge of a busy city, an old factory was empty for many years. It looked ugly and was dangerous, but it was also one of the first factories in the city. The city planners had to decide if they should remove the factory and use the land for something new or try to make it useful again.

One day, people saw large machines breaking down the factory walls. Later, the land turned into a beautiful park with green grass and flowers, where people could relax and play.

Over time, the stalls became run-down, and the area was often crowded and difficult to navigate. The city officials were faced with a tough decision: Should they renovate the marketplace, fixing the old stalls and improving the layout, or should they demolish it and build a new, modern shopping center?
