A title (the title of the experiment).

The aim of the experiment (what is your goal?).

The hypothesis (what results do you expect?).

An introduction to the relevant background theory (what theory is needed to understand the exercise?).

The methods used (What did you do?).

The results (describe the things you've seen).

A discussion of the results (what went well, what didn't?).

The conclusion (the answer to the main question).
