How to do the listening part
Keep in mind that they use a lot of synonyms so look at a few words and try to listen to a word that has the same meaning in the fragment that you are about to listen.

What does it look like
-We first check if at least 80% of the asked points are in the writing assignment. If you are missing at least 80, we are not allowed to mark you. To save yourself, write all points given. 
-Everything English (obviously) 
-If the lay-out is sharp as hell. If that's not the case, they probably grade you low.

For instance
The assignment looks like this:
-You work at a hotel and have a partner hotel in London. You want them to come to your hotel to hold a planing for future projects.
*ask them to join for a meeting
*tell them they are staying at your luxurious suites
*there is a whole planning made wherein their team is going to meet yours
*the duration of this trip is 3 days.
*there is no fee for them
Write this in around 80 words.

When looked at the previous slide it would mean that 3 points should be written in the assignment. However, do not risk it and write all 5. The assessor can say that the given points are not elaborated enough and want to fail you.
Tip: don't risk. Write down all points.
