Today's lesson:

- You will learn how to start a presentation 

- You will be writing an introduction on a topic.

What sentence can you start a presentation with? So how would you start your presentation?
Write about one or two sentences.

1. No I would already be bored.
2. Yes I like it. I would listen carefully.
3. It is not bad but not good either.
4. Everyone starts like that. It should be creative and special.

4 steps to an introduction

1. Start with a hook (hook= iets wat de aandacht trekt) 

Like a story or a question > Do you guys also hate going to bed and feeling very cold? ....

2. Transition to topic

So what does the hook have to do with your presentation? > ''I'm asking this because I know I'm not the only one with this struggle. Recently I discovered an amazing product that solved my issue and this product is exactly what I will be introducing to you today.''

3. short introduction of who you are. (in onze geval kan je deze stap overslaan.)

4. Audience benefit (dus wat is het nut van jouw presentatie voor jouw publiek)

''If you want to sleep more comfortably without being scared of paying high electricity bills then  this product is just what you need. .....''

introduction (10-15 min)

- Ga nu samen met jouw groepje een introduction bedenken voor dit bedrijf: Amazon.
- Denk aan 'waarom praat ik hierover en waarom is dit bedrijf belangrijk' Gebruik ook de stappen van de vorige slide. (je hoeft niet met een vraag te beginnen. Mag dus ook een verhaal/ metafoor etc)
- Wees creatief! Jouw doel is om het onderwerp zo interessant mogelijk te introduceren om de aandacht te trekken. Het groepje met de beste introductie, krijgt 2 bonus punten bovenop het totale aantal behaalde punten. ( stel jij hebt eigenlijk 14 punten behaald dan wordt het dus 16)

Ga nu aan de slag met de introduction van jullie eigen onderwerp. 

Noteer het allemaal in een word bestand of op google drive zodat je het later terug kan vinden.
