  • Will/shall: A fact in the future / A promise, an offer or a request / A spontaneous decision / A prediction for which you have no evidence 
  • Be going to: A decision that you made earlier / Future plans when there's nothing really arranged / A prediction based on evidence
  • Present continuous ( TT to be  + verb+ ing) : plans where arrangements have been made.
  • Present simple: (full form of verb/infinitive, mind shitrule): To talk about schedules (flight/train/bus schedules, school timetables etc.)

  • A promise, an offer or a request > Will you help me?

  • A prediction for which you have no evidence (more of an opinion) >  Don't mind the polls. I'm sure the LibDems will win.
