Departures
Departurehall - the PGSA informs passagiers, assists checking in passengers and their bagage, checks travel- and healthdocuments and directs to the right gate
(LANDSIDE)

Gate boarding
The PGSA checks the passengers traveldocuments before they board the aircraft (AIRSIDE)
