What are if-sentences?
FUNCTION
:
Conditional sentences are used to talk about what happens when a condition is met (= wanneer aan een voorwaarde voldaan wordt).
FORM:
A sentence that is made up of an if-clause (condition) and a main clause (result), also called 'conditionals'.

FORM
: If this…., then that…., in 3 forms:
- If it rains, you get wet.
- If I come to London, I’ll visit you.
- If I had a million Euros, I would buy a nicer house.
