Read What Should I Do?.

Pretend you’re Adrian and write down the details for the incident report, using information from the text and your imagination.

Exercise 12

While Adrian was out for a short walk, his backpack was stolen from his room at the youth hostel. Everything was in it, except his passport and his phone. Pretend you’re Adrian and fill out this form for him.

- Use information from this lesson where possible; use your imagination everywhere else.

- Under ‘Describe the incident’, explain what happened in 100–120 words. What did you see when you got back from your walk? How did you notice your backpack was missing? How do you think the burglars got in? What was in the backpack? Did you see anyone suspicious? Also express your relief about two things.

- Time: 10/12 minutes
