When to use "who" vs. "whom":
"Who" is used as the subject of a sentence or clause (the one doing the action).
"Whom" is used as the object of a verb or preposition (the one receiving the action).
Quick test:
If you can replace the word with he/she/they, use "who".
If you can replace it with him/her/them, use "whom".
