Review the tenses (80 min)
Present Simple:
- used to talk about routines, habits and facts.
> "I walk to school.", "He doesn't work very hard."

Past Simple:
- used to talk about something that happened in the past
> "She ran away from home.", "My dog ate my homework."
Review the tenses (80 min)
Present Continuous:
-  to talk about actions right now & temporary actions around present time
> "He's cooking dinner", "They're travelling around Asia this year."

Past Continuous:
- to talk about something in progress at a particular time in the past
> "In 2010, I was living in Amsterdam", "I was reading my book when the plane took off".
- often uses "when" to join two parts of a sentence

Present Perfect:
-  to talk about past experiences (the whole past, not a particular time)
> "I've run six marathons for charity", "That's amazing, have you ever won a medal?"

'go' in the present perfect:
- we use been instead of gone for a past experience
> "I've been to China" (= went there, came back home), "She's gone to China" (= She's there now)

ever/never:
- to talk about our whole life experience, used before the past participle in the sentence
> "I've never visited the UK. Have you ever been there?"

Present Perfect with 'just'
- used in positive statements to say that something happened a very short time ago.
- comes before the past participle in the sentence.
> "Can I call you back in 5 minutes? I've just got home", "Has she just left?"

Present Perfect with 'already'
- used in positive statements to show something is complete, often before we expected.
- usually comes before the past participle in the sentence.
>"I've already done my grocery shopping", "Have you already done your homework?"

Present Perfect with 'yet'
- used in a negative statement to show that something is not complete
- used in a question to ask if something is complete
- yet comes at the end of the sentence

> "I'm leaving. Have you finished yet?", "Can you wait a bit? I haven't finished my report yet."
