Futur proche

Futur = future

Proche = near 

Futur proche = the near future. 

To make the Futur proche you need to accomplish two steps!

Step 1

Know the verb 'aller' (to go) in de present tense

Step 2

Use the present tense of the verb aller + the infinitif 

Par exemple: 

Je vais manger 

Tu vas regarder

Il va parler

Nous allons acheter

etc.
