Goals of today's session 

• Review the affirmative form of verb "to be" .
•  understand correctly the negative and interrogative form of verb "to be" .
• Write simple sentences about yourselves and your families. 
• Learn & use vocabulary related to nationalities .

Rule for questioning : Inversion of subject / verb ( change word order ) 

- You are excited ( affirmative form ) --> Are you excited ? 

                                                                             * Yes , I am / No I am not . 

                                                                            --> you are not excited . 

- We are friends ( affirmative form ) --> are we friends ? 

                                                                           * Yes , we are / No, we aren't.

                                                                          --> We are not friends .

Write a paragraph about yourself and your family, using the verb "to be" in its three forms: affirmative, negative, and interrogative. Include information about your nationality and your family's background.
