Please explain in your own words what migration means.

Reasons for migration

Economical

People may migrate, because they can't earn enough money in their home-country.

Social

People may migrate, because another group of people opresses (onderdrukken) or discriminates (discrimineren) against them.

Political

People may migrate, because their government (regering) makes up laws (wetten) that are not fair.

Environmental

People may migrate, because their country has lots of waste (afval) everywhere and there is no one to get rid of it.
