1) Time (year, date, day of the week, season, 
time of day, etc.)
2) Place (earth, space, outside, inside, type 
of building, etc.)
3) Atmosphere (tense, moody, sombre, 
happy, relaxed, etc.)

  3.     Make a note of any important event(s)
  4.     Write a few keywords about the setting and how it influences the story

1. Describe the setting in your book (maybe there is more than one?) to the other group members. Be precise
2. Find an example in your book and read it to them
3. Explain: how does the setting influence the story? 
4. When you have told each other about your settings, make a list of the differences / similarities (take notes)
