Between the ages of 12 and 17, many young people stop doing sport. A lot of youth sports focus on competition, so students who want to try a new activity or play for fun sometimes feel excluded. Doing sport and staying active can improve mental and physical health so it is important for everybody to find a sport or activity that they enjoy without feeling under pressure.
