It's one of the more complex tenses.

It is a combination between a perfect tense and a continuous tense.

Structure
Subject + have/has + been + verb-ing

She has been dancing for a couple of hours now.
I've been living in Liverpool for years now, but i've never seen a fox.
Dad is tired because he has been working long hours.

She has lost her keys and can find them anymore
