2. Take their order
3. Offer a solution to the complaint 
4. Apologise and offer a different solution

Look at ex. 7 (p. 154) and read the instructions

• Read what you & your neighbour have to talk about.
• On a blank page, write out what you will say.

• After three minutes, play it out.
