• Listen to the conversation & read along, what do you need to put in the gaps?

• Now try exercise 6 on page 151
• First fill in what expressions you think are fitting
• Work in pairs
• 1 person reads Ziggy's part, the other Taisha's
• Take 5-10 mintues

Time for some speaking!

• Work in pairs, one is the restaurant owner, the other a guest
• Look at the menu on page 153
• Use the expressions on page 150-151!
• When you're done, switch roles

4. Apologise and offer a different solution
