How to read the manual?
Everybody travelling a certain country needs to have a Visa.
(Visa Required)
..except pax carrying the nationality that are mentioned at 
(Visa Exemptions)

Mauritius (MU)

Geographical Information: Capital - Port Louis (MRU)

1. Passport: Transit passengers must hold a passport or passport replacing document accepted to enter Mauritius.
Passport Required.

Passport Exemptions:
1. Passenger with a travel document (Titre de Voyage) or Certificicate of Identity issued by the Government of Mauritius,
2. Passengers with a Laissez-Passer issued by the United Nations or any other internationally recognized organization.
3. Passengers with a Seaman Book traveling on duty.
4. Passengers with an Interpol passport.
5. Passengers with an emergency or temporary passport.
Document Validity: Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be valid for the period of intended stay.
a. Passports and other documents accepted for entry issued to nationals of Mauritius must be valid on arrival.
b. Passports and other documents accepted for entry issued to residents of Mauritius must be valid on arrival.

Admission and Transit Restrictions: Chinese Taipei passports are not recognized for entry and transit (see Notes).

Crew Members: Same regulations as for passengers apply.
Military: Same Regulations as for passengers apply.
Notes:  Holders of such documents must abtain an entry permit at the Mauritius Passport & Immigration Office before travel.

1. Nationals of Mauritius.
2. Nationals of Anglola, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas (,etc.,etc,), Netherlands (,etc,etc,), Zambia and Zimbabwe for a maximum stay for 90 days.
3. Passengers with a British passport for a maximum stay of 90 days.
4. Passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport for a maximum stay of 90 days.
5. Passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport for a maximum stay of 90 days.
6. Nationals of any country with a diplomatic passport for a maximum stay of 90 days.
