First: read the video script: I'm starving   

Look at the out of class box 

I'm starving - I'm hungry 

Let's -> suggesting an idea 

Of course -> similar meaning to yes 

Keep an eye on - watch it 

Can you give me a hand? - Can you help me 

Uncountable nouns (niet-telbaar)

Important!: Uncountable nouns are singular, they don't have a plural form. 

-Milk 

-Cheese 

- Water 

- Butter 

Grammar A: Countable nouns (telbaar) 

Refer to items we can count -> telbare woorden 

1 egg --> 2 eggs 

1 banana --> 2 bananas 

1 apple --> 2 apples 

Important ! Countable nouns have a singular and a plural form

Exercise 3 

Look at the video/listening script

Try to look for countable / uncountable nouns 

Pay attention to plural forms (usually countable nouns)
