Plural (meervoud)

Meestal plak je er -s achter (car - cars);

Als het op een -o eindigt of een sis-klank, dan doe je -es
(box - boxes, potato - potatoes);

Eindigt het op -y? Vervang de -y en gebruik dan -ies

(party - parties)

Welke zin is correct:

1. 'I have some apples' is correct.
2. 'I have any apples' is correct.

Welke zin is correct:

1. 'I don't have some time for you now.' is correct.
2. 'I don't have any time for you now.' is correct.

Wat is het verschil tussen 'any' en 'some'?

1. Je kunt 'any' en 'some' door elkaar gebruiken in elke zin.
2. 'Any' gebruik je bij vragen of negatieve zinnen, 'some' gebruik je bij bevestigende zinnen.
3. Er is geen verschil tussen 'any' en 'some'.

Present continuous:
I ________ (to work) on our project right now.

My friends ________ (to play) games on their new PlayStation.

Freddy ________ (to watch) his favourite show in his room at the moment.

My dog ________ (to run) through the park. Look at him go!

Carry and Brandon ________ (to move) the tables in the classroom. It's very noisy.
