can vs could

1. can / could + hele werkwoord kunnen ook gebruikt worden om te zeggen dat iemand iets kan / zou kunnen
can + hele werkwoord = iemand heeft de vaardigheid
-   could + hele werkwoord = iemand had de vaardigheid (maar nu niet meer)
2. can / could + hele werkwoord in vragende zinnen om toestemming te vragen of zeggen dat iets niet is toegestaan. 'can' is mogen en 'could' is zou mogen (= beleefder, gebruik je als je iemand niet kent / het een meerdere is)

might + hele werkwoord = past (enkel verleden tijd)
