Because:
  • The word to sprain happens when someone falls and injures their ankle or wrist.
  • The word bruise is a blue or brown mark on the skin. It happens when someone sprain's their ankle or wrist.
  • The word runny nose is when you get a cold or flu. It has nothing to do with a sprained ankle or a bruise.

Should = used to give advice

If you do it wrong, exercise can be unhealthy.
Can = Can is used to talk about possibility and ability

James must / should watch what he eats to lose some weight.

Must = used say that an action needs to be done (obligation). 

Should = used to give advice, say that something is the right thing to do, or make a suggestion.
