(?) Have/Has + subject + been + infinitive + ing
Has she been reading that book for a long time now?

1) In het verleden begonnen en gaat nu door: is vaker gebeurd of een gewoonte
2) In het verleden begonnen en gaat nu door: nadruk op hoe lang het duurde (vaak i.c.m. because en so)
3) Signaalwoorden: for hours, all day, for ages, for a long time now, etc.
