How to use going to

1. When we talk about definite plans.
Example: I am going to accept the job!

2. When we are sure something will happen in the future. Example: Look at those clouds, it is going to rain!

1. For things in the future that you did not plan.
 Example: I'll think about it!
2. To make predictions.
Example: I guess he will bring his mother.
3. For offers.
Example: I'll carry your bags.
