Questions & Negations
- There are two rules when making questions / negations: 1. If there is a form of "to be" (is/was/were/etc.) or an auxiliary verb (can/will/may/etc.) you place that verb at the beginning of the sentence orn't after that verb.
He is doing his homework > Is he doing his homework? I can read that sign. > I can't read that sign.
