What is a sprint?

• A sprint consists of:
  
• Sprint Planning meeting
  
• Stand-up, 5 min at the start of each lesson

Scrum at school

• Teams of 3/4 people

Role scrum master

• Organises who does what task
• Leads the team meetings
• Hands in the work on behalf of the team
• Talks to the teacher on behalf of the group

Role assistant

• Keeps track of all agreements on Trello (creates cards)
• Organises scrum board & drive

Role critical friend

• Remind each other of deadlines
• Check each other’s work
• Quality control
• Back-up

Getting organised: DRIVE

• make a new folder in your bio drive folder called booklet 3
• think of a name for your team
• one person in the team make an extra folder called "team-class-name"
• Make all team members editor to the folder and the teacher.
• In this folder make 4 new folders, sprint 1 etc.

Trello:

• everyone click this link.
• sign up for free with your school e-mail account.
• one person creates a team (top right plus sign)
• add your team members and the teacher to the team.

Organising Trello:

• Create 4 boards:
• sprint 1
• sprint 2
• sprint 3
• project
• each board has 4 cards, "TO DO, BUSY, DONE & NEED HELP"
