Step 1: Establish group rules
1. Establish team rules, e.g. on deadlines (and what will happen when someone doesn’t meet the deadlines), on how you will reach decisions as a team and on roles of team members.

2. Communicate regularly and ask for feedback.

3. Focus on the individuals members’ strengths and accept differences.

4. Celebrate when (parts of) the assignment (have) has been completed. How will you reward yourselves?

  2. Identify themes / angles from which solutions can be offered to your problem.
  3. Assign the themes (angles) to the team members
