1. Start with a teambuilding activity (go to an escape-room for example) and evaluate this afterwards.
2. Establish team rules, a timetable and deadlines (and what will happen when someone doesn’t meet the deadlines).
3. Communicate regularly and ask for feedback.
4. Focus on the individuals members’ strengths and accept differences.
5. Celebrate when (parts of) the assignment (have) has been completed. How will you reward yourselves?
