Find all the verbs(werkwoorden) and the subject(onderwerp) of each sentence.
  • I was practicing my routine.
  • They were rehearsing for the show.

Past continuous gebruik je om te zeggen dat iets in het verleden een tijd duurde of aan de gang was.

Let op!
1) Als het werkwoord eindigt op een e, laat je die weg
to lose > losing 
to leave > ______

2) Als het werkwoord eindigt op een medeklinker met één klinker ervoor, verdubbel je de medeklinker. (niet bij werkwoorden die eindigen in -w of -x > fixing, snowing)
to run > running
to sit > _________

3) Als het werkwoord eindigt op -ie, verandert dat in -y
> to die > dying , to lie > lying
