Warm-up
What challenges do you think deaf students might face in school?
Show pictures of a noisy classroom, students talking, a teacher writing on the board, and sign language.
Encourage students to share their ideas in pairs or small groups.

Pre-A1: Provide a word bank with visuals (e.g., teacher, student, noise, sign language). Use yes/no or multiple-choice questions.
A1: Give sentence starters (e.g., It is difficult for deaf students to…).
B1: Ask students to think of solutions as well.
